This Privacy Policy explains how Renovate With AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.

What we collect: account data (email, authentication identifiers); billing data (payment method tokens and transaction information handled by our payment processor); generated content (uploads, prompts, and related metadata); and usage data (device/browser information, approximate location, and analytics events).

Sources: we collect information directly from you, automatically from your device while using the Service, and from payment providers when you complete a purchase.

How we use data: to provide and improve features (image generation, estimates, gallery), process payments and manage subscriptions/credits, prevent abuse and ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates or support responses. Where applicable (EEA/UK), our legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation.

Sharing: we share data with trusted subprocessors needed to operate the Service (hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and payments). We do not sell personal data. See our Subprocessors page for details. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or regional hosting, where available.

Storage and retention: data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Generated images are private by default and accessed via presigned links. We retain data as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion.

Security: we apply access controls and least-privilege practices, use database row-level security where applicable, and rely on presigned URLs for private media access.

Your rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, export, and object/restrict certain processing. Email us from your account email with a clear description. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on requests.

AI and images: outputs are generated based on your prompts and inputs. You are responsible for rights to the content you upload and generate. We may apply watermarks to discourage misuse and to comply with policies.

Cookies and analytics: we aim to use privacy-first analytics with minimal or no cookies. This will be updated once our approach is finalized.

Children: the Service is not directed to children under 13. If a child provided data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes: we may update this policy. We will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
