Definitions: "Service" means the Renovate With AI website and applications. "Content" means prompts, images, text, and other material provided by you or generated for you.

Agreement: by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts: provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Payments and credits: we offer subscriptions and/or credit-based purchases via our payment provider. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once used. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. For unused credit packs, contact support within 14 days for a good-faith review.

Acceptable use: do not upload or generate illegal or infringing content; do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our systems; respect rate limits and fair use.

User content license: you retain ownership of your inputs and, subject to third-party rights and law, your outputs. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI outputs and IP: subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you own your inputs and, to the extent permitted, the outputs you generate. We may apply watermarks or indicators to generated images to discourage misuse and meet platform policies.

Intellectual property: the Service, trademarks, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

Disclaimers: the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that outputs will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Credits and expiration: credits may be consumed for features and may expire at the end of a subscription cycle or a stated validity period. Promotional or trial credits may expire sooner.

Account deletion: request deletion by emailing support@renovatewith.ai. We may retain certain data where legally required.

Termination: we may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes: we may update these Terms. We will update the date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.

Copyright and DMCA: to report alleged infringement, email support@renovatewith.ai with details to identify the work and material at issue, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury of your authority.
