1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RenovateWithAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

RenovateWithAI provides AI-powered room renovation visualization services. Users can upload photos of rooms and receive AI-generated renovation previews in various interior design styles. We offer two purchase models: one-time credit packs and recurring monthly or annual subscriptions.

3. Credits and One-Time Packs

  • One-time pack credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
  • Credits are consumed when generating images, with the amount varying by generation mode.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and may be subject to VAT depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Starter and Pro) provide a recurring monthly allotment of credits in exchange for a periodic charge billed in advance. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until canceled.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access to subscription credits until that date.
  • Credit reset. Subscription credits reset on each billing date and do not roll over. Any unused subscription credits at the end of a billing period are forfeited.
  • Credit expiration on cancellation. Upon cancellation or termination of a subscription for any reason (including failed payment), any remaining subscription credits are immediately forfeited and removed from your account. One-time pack credits, where applicable, are unaffected.
  • Plan changes. Upgrading or downgrading a plan is processed via the customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
  • Payment failures. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription will be canceled and all subscription credits forfeited. You may resubscribe at any time.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

This applies to one-time credit pack purchases, monthly subscription charges, annual subscription charges, and any other payments made to RenovateWithAI. By making a purchase or starting a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. No refunds will be granted for unused credits, partial billing periods, mid-cycle cancellations, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with output, account inactivity, or any other reason.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service itself

7. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use

Images you generate using RenovateWithAI are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as real estate listings, brochures, marketing materials, and proposals. Our underlying technology, branding, and platform remain our intellectual property.

Note for real estate professionals: some jurisdictions require disclosure that listing photographs have been digitally altered. You are responsible for complying with any such disclosure requirements that apply to your use of generated images.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RenovateWithAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images are for visualization purposes only and should not be considered as professional architectural or interior design advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or any specific output quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenovateWithAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
